This badge is comprised of modules that assist learners in understanding key insights into their unique leadership style and help them identify personal development opportunities for themselves as leaders. The badge will cover a wide range of topics including personal leadership style, personal brand, design thinking, emotional intelligence, and agile leadership. Individuals who take this as a stand-alone badge will be tasked with a Leadership Opportunity Challenge—an opportunity for learners to transfer the knowledge, skills and attitudes learned within the program to authentic workplace situations.
