This online course will provide a basic introduction to autism, some experiences of it, and the best strategies to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the workplace.
The workplace is already neurodiverse!
1 in 32 people are autistic. While several Autistic individuals do face significant barriers to employment, there are folks with autism already employed in your workforce.
It's critical to Psychological Health & Safety!
Work-related psychological health problems can be expensive to employers—absenteeism, turnover, health and safety infractions, and human rights violations all impact cost and time. Focus on disability inclusion at work to increase your organization’s productivity and performance.
A neuroinclusive and accessible workplace results in increased revenue!
A neuroincusive and accessible organization removes unnecessary barriers to autistic workers, and improves organizational culture, communication and innovation. Creating a disability-inclusive environment where Autistic workers thrive can help to drive profitability and business value.
