This badge will focus on introducing key topics and concepts related to Human Rights in the context Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work. The participants will learn about the importance of advancing an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion agenda that promotes human rights by incorporating the distinct needs of each equity-seeking group in the workplace’s structure and mission. The badge includes topics important to gaining knowledge of human rights legislation and policies, such as compliance to accessibility, accommodation, workplace discrimination and harassment prevention and more.
