This badge will focus on the critical concepts and behaviours important to sustain EDI objectives in organizational work; that will include topics such as Micro aggressions, Unconscious Biases, Allyship and solidarity for EDI work. Course participants will explore the most pervasive behavioral barriers to inclusion and equity in the workplace. By leveraging the experience of participants through discussions and group activities, they will explore the sources and mechanics of these behaviours, their impact and cyclicity. They will learn about strategies to use to increase awareness and mitigate the impact of behaviors impeding inclusion and equity in the workplace.
