This badge is comprised of modules allowing learners to acquire key insights about how to coach and develop others to build an engaged workplace. Learners will gain frameworks and support for leading within the culture of their team, project or organization. The badge will cover a wide range of topics including effective communication, coaching, social impact, talent and culture development. Individuals who take this as a stand-alone badge will be tasked with a Leadership Opportunity Challenge—an opportunity for learners to transfer the knowledge, skills and attitudes learned within the program to authentic workplace situations.
