This badge will provide the learners with knowledge related to the fundamentals of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in organizations in a Canadian context. The learners will be introduced to approaches to EDI that support advocacy and leadership as well as highlighting ways that EDI can be implemented in the workplace.
