This course will provide a framework to better understand and develop leadership effectiveness with a strong focus on emotional intelligence. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment and model of emotional intelligence will be introduced with a focus on the important role it plays in being an effective leader. The common challenges leaders face will be used to explore opportunities for developing and improving leadership.
