The courses
The Workplace Soft Skills series consists of three courses that can be completed in your own time, and each takes approximately 3-4 hours to complete, depending on your pace.
- Communication Skills: Sharpen your communication skills to stand out at work. Master active listening, adapt your style to any situation, and apply the 7 Cs of communication. Learn how to give and receive feedback, and avoid misunderstandings before they start.
- Emotional Intelligence: Develop emotional awareness, self-regulation, and empathy to navigate workplace challenges with confidence and compassion. Build the skills to manage stress, read emotional cues, and foster inclusive team dynamics.
- Teamwork: Master collaboration skills and learn how to contribute to group goals, manage conflict constructively, and build trust across diverse teams by focusing on accountability, clear communication, and inclusive team dynamics.
