From understanding key concepts in the Canadian supply chain industry to strategy in the tourism sector, you'll also learn about emerging technology and get hands-on experience in the tourism sector. You will earn a microcredential certificate upon completion of the program, which is comprised of four badges.
What to expect from the program
This program will give you the skills you need to advance in supply chain the exciting and growing industry of tourism. You will begin by learning industry rules, policies, procedures, and controls in supply chain demand as it relates to the tourism sector. You will then gain insights into demand strategy, demand fulfilment, marketing, and using emerging technology in creative ways. The program will conclude by providing you with the opportunity to apply your knowledge through a work experience.
The course is comprised of four badges:
- Introduction to Supply Chain Design for Tourism Sector (15 hours)
- Supply Chain Strategy in the Tourism Sector (15 hours)
- Digital Dexterity (20 hours)
- Work Experience (50-100 hours)

Each badge costs $180. Full program costs $720.
